General terms for enquiries and project discussions.
1. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a project contract or guarantee a quotation. Project scope, price, timeline and deliverables should be agreed separately.
2. Project scope
Changes to requirements after approval may affect delivery time and cost. Final terms should be confirmed before development starts.
3. Third-party services
Projects may use third-party services, APIs, hosting, maps, payment systems or AI providers. Their own terms and charges may apply.
4. Payments
Payment terms, including any advance or milestone payments, are agreed separately for each project before development begins.
5. Revisions
A reasonable number of revisions are included during the build. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as a new addition.
6. Limitation of liability
Skyline Coder is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of a delivered website or application, including third-party service outages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled accordingly.
